Ready to take the next step and apply? Our applicants come from the fields of both IT and business, and come with the determination to be successful in the MSIS program.

Admission Requirements

  • Resume - Detailing Your Professional Work Experience

  • Official Transcripts

  • Statement of Interest - 1-2 pages describing why you are interested in the KSU MSIS program and how the program fits with your career/educational goals

  • GMAT Score Report - Request that your scores be sent electronically to KSU. The KSU school code for score reporting is 5359.

  • You may qualify to apply for a GMAT alternative within the application if you meet one or more of these 3 exceptions (qualifying to apply for a GMAT waiver does not necessarily mean that the waiver will be granted - the program's decision in this regard will be binding and non negotiable):

    1. A previous graduate-level degree from an appropriately accredited university in USA/Canada.

    2. Five (5) or more years of professional, full-time, post baccalaureate work experience.

    3. Three (3) or more years of professional, full-time, post baccalaureate work experience with at least a 3.25 overall cumulative undergrad GPA.

* Note: If your undergrad degree is from outside US/Canada and you do not have a graduate degree from an appropriately accredited university in US/Canada, GMAT waiver is not possible.
