Internal Auditing Education Partnership (IAEP) Certificate

As an IAEP program “Center of Excellence”, students can earn an IAEP Certificate for completing a specified set of courses. In the undergraduate program, students may apply for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)’s IAEP Certificate through the IAC and complete three courses including:

  1. Internal Auditing (ACCT 4152)
  2. Accounting Data Analytics (ACCT 4550)
  3. Fraud and Forensic Accounting (ACCT4800)

Graduate students in the MAcc who complete the Audit/Advisory track take the requisite coursework to earn the IIA’s IAEP Certificate. If you are interested in pursuing internal audit education at the graduate level, apply to the School of Accountancy Master of Accounting Program at Coles College of Business. If accepted to the program, choose the Audit/Advisory Specialization. See the Graduate Catalog for more information below.
