Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Program
A five-day program offered by the Coles College of Business in partnership with The M&A Source organization. All phases of the life cycle of a successful M&A transaction are covered, with a special focus on best practices in M&A advisory services targeting the privately-held, middle-market business sector.
The program is an adaptation of the educational/certification programs associated with the unique Coles College M&A Academy, which is dedicated to enhancing and sustaining the ability of M&A services professionals to lead organizations through successful business acquisitions and divestitures. In addition to qualifying participants for a certificate from the Coles College M&A Academy, the program qualifies participants for both CPE and CLE continuing education credits.
The M&A Source Certified M&A Professional Program is a five consecutive day program delivered at the Kennesaw State University campus. Each full-day learning module runs from 8 am – 4:30pm (3:00pm on Friday) with several optional evening sessions. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day along with one group dinner.
