Coles Strategic Diversity Initiatives

Coles Diversity Policy and Perspective

Coles Strategic Diversity Initiatives further the mission and strategic plan of Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University by working to foster excellence in teaching, research and service. By creating an environment of inclusive excellence that attracts and retains a diverse pool of students, faculty and staff, Coles provides a diverse learning experience for all students and KSU members.

We are intentional and proactive in nurturing diversity, equity and inclusive excellence. We accomplish our goals through Partnership, Practice and creating a Pipeline of professionals who are well-prepared to excel in business and in academia.

We work collaboratively with campus partners and external organizations to foster diversity and inclusion within the College of Business and throughout Kennesaw State University.
We actively engage in diversity, equity and inclusion practices through the implementation of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices. The AACSB has developed four diversity and inclusion principles that center around access, student experience, career services and modeling excellence. We are committed to adhering to and exceeding these best practices.
We work to create a pipeline to graduate study and successful careers in business and academia, beginning with our undergraduate degree programs.
