FAQ

The Hughes Leadership and Career Program prepares you to compete in today’s challenging job market by helping to define your strengths and prepare for success in your future career. This program is included in the Coles College undergraduate curriculum for all business students enrolling in KSU during or after Fall 2014.

In our program, you will work with a Career Coach from your major department with years of real world experience and an understanding of the skills you need in your career.

Tom and Barbara Hughes have made this innovative program possible through their generous donation.
