, or the National Black MBA Association, was formed in April of 2008 under the Leadership of Asanté S. Guilford, President, 2008-2009.
Ms. Guilford is the Founder and a Charter Member, of the KSU Collegiate Chapter and was instrumental in helping KSU become the First Predominantly White University in the University System of Georgia to be awarded NBMBAA Collegiate Chapter Status.
Additionally, Coles College of Business Collegiate Chapter at KSU will be the First Collegiate Chapter in the National to have both Undergraduate Student and Graduate Student Members.
Membership is open to Junior and Senior Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students of “Any Major who are Interested in Business” and any other Individuals who are approved by the Executive Committee.
