Executive Education

In a continually changing world, learning does not stop at graduation. Mid-career education from Coles College of Business equips people to adapt, to advance, and to improve their organizations. Whether you choose a custom program, designed for and delivered exclusively to your team, or a public program, open to all, you gain a distinctly Coles College education—practical, applicable, and personal.

Agile minds, attuned to best practices, need continual fuel. Through Coles College of Business Executive Education Programs, you can choose and customize the content and delivery of that fuel. Some programs are prequalified for continuing education credit in several different professional areas. Whether your needs are individual professional development through our open enrollment programs or a program designed for your team, we’d be happy to talk with you about the best choices for you and your organization.

Custom Programs

We develop programs and educational services customized for individual business entities and their employees. These may be specially tailored versions of public programs, or they may be programs built on any area of expertise within Coles College of Business—from post-merger integration to business process analysis and strategy.

Open Programs

In addition to custom programs, we also offer programs to the public, also referred to as open enrollment programs. Participants will be awarded a certificate for most courses. These vary throughout the year and include some annual special programs.
