Kennesaw State University Students in Free Enterprise Team

SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) is a global non-profit organization active in over 40 countries and territories. SIFE is funded by financial contributions from corporations, entrepreneurs, foundations, government agencies and individuals. Working in partnership with business and higher education, SIFE establishes student teams on university campuses. These teams are led by faculty advisors and they are challenged to develop community outreach projects that reach SIFE's seven educational topics:

Teach others to understand how a market based economic system operates.

Help others acquire the education and skills training needed to succeed in a dynamic, competitive global economy.

Help others learn how to succeed as an entrepreneur and/or improve an existing business.

Teach others to develop the personal financial management skills necessary to achieve financial independence.

Teach others to make environmentally sustainable personal and business decisions.

Help others understand that the long-term success and prosperity of a market economy, businesses and individuals are dependent on ethical business practices.

Successfully develop and execute a strategy to ensure the long-term sustainability of team and educational programs.

The Kennesaw State University Students in Free Enterprise Team is a dynamic registered student organization with over 50 full-time members and another 150 associates.

We are highly competitive nationally and each semester conduct 12-15 major projects in support of SIFE’s seven educational topics.
