For the NCSC competition, we are using a somewhat simplified pricing structure for NetSuite CRM+. In summary, you can say that the price of NetSuite CRM+ is $129 per user per month. The minimum contract term is 12 months, and all fees must be paid at the beginning of the contract period.

Unlimited E-mail Support: You may send an unlimited number of e-mails each month, and expect to receive a response within one business day.

NetAnswers Online Support: This online knowledge base offers more than 1,500 self-service solutions, allowing you to find answers to your questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hours of Support: NetCARE Silver support is available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time), excluding holidays.
