"I just wanted to let you know that your team did a phenomenal job of
organizing NCSC 2006! We always love coming to NCSC and are so proud
to
say that we are a part of it. It is so obvious that you all put in
endless hours to making it the success that it is. Our students had
such a great time. Keep up the great work and thanks on behalf of UCF
(University of Central Florida)! Enjoy your week off planning." |

"Dear Dr. Loe,
My name is Chris Pursell and I recently competed in the National
Collegiate Sales Competition. I am a student at the University of
Louisville and of Dr. LaForge. I just wanted to personally thank you for
all that you and your staff did to put on such an incredible experience. The competition was unlike any other. Nothing else has helped me grow
more as a student of sales. Once again, thanks Dr. Loe for the countless
hours you and your support staff put into the competition, I will never
forget the experience I gained from this trip." |

"Terry,
Hopefully by now you have had a chance to rest a bit.
Just a brief note to tell you what a terrific job you and the staff at
Kennesaw State did in putting together the NSCS. Just think - 37
Universities. I
can remember when there were only 18. Now the NCSC is a large, first
class Professional Selling event. You should feel proud!
You can count on your friends from Elk for continued support and
assistance.
Thank you for everything you do for the students and sponsors." |

"This weekend was a life transforming event for me. Literally from this
weekend on my future is taking a new direction. That's how serious I
mean this. The quality of people and the event itself was
extraordinary high and I can't thank you enough. The fact that Sales
can be and is taught rigorously is something that I want to get the
word out." |

"Having participated last year in the NCSC as a contestant and returning
this year to represent my company, I have had the unique opportunity
to
be exposed to all facets of the NCSC! I have to say that I thoroughly
enjoyed both sides of the competition and continued to be amazed with
the work and time that goes into putting such an event on.
Specifically, I enjoyed the change in venues from last year's
competition. Both the Thursday night reception and the daytime
competition were easier to navigate. I also think that the dvd
viewing
room worked wonderfully! It allowed us as a business to accommodate
students with interview times and then be able to watch the role plays
at a more leisurely pace. Also, I wish that I had the opportunity to
attend the US Play last year as a contestant! What a fun way for
students to "blow off some steam" and interact with the sponsors in a
less stressful environment.
This continues to be an amazing opportunity for students like myself
to
find those sales jobs that without this event, might prove to be
otherwise elusive. What other event allows you to sharpen your sales
skills and grow professionally while granting you access to some of
the
top sales companies who are there with the specific intent to hire! I
can only see the competition continuing to grow, and am so thankful to
have been a part of it." |

"Dr Terry Loe:
Hello! My name is Stephanie Linder and I competed in the 2006
competition from Bradley University. I just wanted to say how much I
enjoyed and appreciated the competition experience. From the competition, I was offered a job at Standard Register 10 minutes from my hometown. I accepted. It has only been two weeks and I already love the job! The competition was one of the most wonderful college
experiences I have ever had! I hope to come back and visit next year
with Standard Register. It was a pleasure being involved and I just
wanted to say thank you. Good luck in preparing for 2007."

"My students and I had a great,
great experience. They are still really jazzed about
it. They actually commandeered about a half hour of
one of the other marketing profs classes to tell all
the marketing majors how "awesome" it was. Companies
are still contacting them." |

"We're looking forward to competing next spring and are eager to hear of
the changes to the competition. It's an amazing event and it is very
gratifying to see the change in self esteem and confidence in the
students before and after the competition. It's a good thing you and
your team are doing."
