Admission to the Master in Healthcare Management and Informatics program is based on a competitive evaluation of the pool of applicants who complete the following steps before November 1, 2017.
STEP 1: Complete the Online Application
STEP 2: Submit College Transcripts
You must submit transcripts from all previous college courses at all the institutions you attended.
STEP 3: Submit a GMAT or GRE test score
The GMAT can be waived for quilified candates. Click here to view the GMAT Waiver Form.
STEP 4: Submit an Application Letter
In 300 words or less, outline your professional and educational goals, and provide a rationale for why/how this program will help you meet your career aspirations. This letter should be sent to Sweta Snehaat email@example.com.
STEP 5: Submit Two Letters of Recommendation
These letters should be from individuals who can accurately assess your potential for success in this academic program and/or in the healthcare and informatics professions.
NOTE: International Applicants
