Chris Rumsey is a senior level, human resource executive with over 25 years broad experience in leading, supporting and driving organizational strategic objectives.   She has an extensive background in developing and implementing state-of-the-art human resource initiatives in large complex companies.  Her expertise includes:

Prior to joining Coles EMBA program at Kennesaw State University Chris was at National Data Coporation/NDC Health in Atlanta Georgia serving as the Executive Vice President, Human Resouces and Corporate Officer leading its Human Resouces'organization and spearheading a full-scale transformation of its human Resouce function to support the strategic direction of the business.  In 2001, after the spin-off of the two separate companies, Rumsey assume the top Human Resources role at NDCHealth.  Prior to NDCHealth Rumsey was with HBO and Company, which was acquired by McKesson Corporation, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.  She also has experience in healthcare, manufacturing and information technology environments.

Chris is an active member in SHRM Atlanta and National organizations and a member of Human Resources leadership Forum.  She is also a member of St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary.
