Who we admit
An admission offer is by select invitation only. Coles rigorously screens
candidates to secure the highest caliber of participants. There is no
"ideal" profile of a Coles Executive MBA participant - however we feel
strongly that the greater the diversity of the class, the richer the
learning experience for you. 25% of our last class hold an advanced degree,
50% have an undergraduate degree other than business. Should you hold an
advanced degree or quantitatively intense undergraduate degree you may
qualify for a GMAT Waiver.

our average years of work experience before entering the program is 16 years
with a minimum of 5 years experience prior to matriculating into our program
