At Coles, teaming is much more than just a study group and leadership is more than a course and a few assessments. We provide you with the academic foundations and tools to manage and understand yourself and others. Students are given the opportunity to explore how each team member functions in the group and use those differences to strengthen the whole. We use this information to help you become an authentic leader - learning how to lead through motivation without losing your sense of self.

Foundations of teaming helps learning teams develop a strong sense of importance and team purpose, as well as providing students a strategic approach to human resource matters and the motivation of others in business.

Authentic leadership helps you develop personally and professionally, through self-reflection, leadership training and by working with a committed executive coach.

On Authentic Leadership
