What is Career Coaching?
Career coaching is a partnership between the coach and student. It is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of who you are and how your inherent characteristics directly relate to establishing a meaningful career. Your coach will ask practical questions and provide thought provoking exercises to help you articulate and implement a sound strategy to reach your goals. This strategy can include reflective assessments, exploration of options, personal brand development, resume writing, LinkedIn branding and more. Due to the private nature of coaching, all meetings are confidential; your career coach will never share what you discuss.
