Why it's never too soon
It is never too soon to
interview for the Coles Executive MBA. We treat
the interview as a two way street where you get
to learn about us and we get to learn about you.
While you do not have to interview prior to
submitting your application materials an
interview is required prior to an admissions
decision.
How to schedule an interview
Simply contact the Executive MBA Admissions Team
to set up an interview. If you have a current
resume, the team will ask you to submit your
resume prior to meeting, using the resume as a
baseline for discussions and exploration.

Why is an interview needed?
We want to make sure we are a fit for you and
you are a fit for your classmates. Our alumni
have rated us the top overall Executive MBA
program in the Atlanta area (Source: Executive
MBA Council Independent Survey and FGI Research)
and we believe who is in the classroom is just
as important as classroom instruction.
At Coles we believe that you are our partner in
learning. You will learn from us, we will learn
from you, and you and your classmates will learn
from each other. The value of your degree is not
just in the Coles brand but in the people you
experience throughout the duration of the
program as well as our deep alumni network that
you experience for your lifetime.
What will be asked during the interview?
During the interview we will first and foremost
listen. We want to learn about you, your needs,
desires, and dreams. If we discover the Coles
Executive MBA is a match for where you are in
your life right now, we will let you know. If
the program does not appear to be a match we
will say so plainly, and even help you during
the interview work through options or timing
that may be a better choice.
Why? The Coles Executive MBA is a life changing
experience - but only if you are ready for it.
We need to be certain that you will be able to
benefit from the same life changing experience
our alumni rave about year after year.
Next, we will ask you questions around the
following admissions criteria:
-
Professional Achievement: Career progression,
interests and responsibility - remember, our
average years of work experience before entering
the program is 16 years with a minimum of 5
years experience prior to matriculating into our
program
-
Authentic Leadership Potential: Drive,
self-motivation and willingness to develop the
leader you innately are

part of and learn how to create a functioning
