Executive Certificate in Business Strategy: The Coles Mini MBA Program: Starts October 2018
A nine-month executive education certificate program that meets one evening a month (6-9 PM) starting in October 2018 and ending in July 2019. For your convenience, the program is offered in both Downtown Marietta (Cobb County) and also at the City Springs Complex in Sandy Springs. The topics include strategic thinking, innovation, finance, human resources, marketing, business models, data analytics, change management and strategy execution. At the end of the program you will receive an Executive Certificate in Business Strategy.
Executive Leadership Program for Managers and Directors: Starts October 12, 2018
Finally, a leadership development program that integrates the best practices of gamified mobile-learning and classroom action-learning. The Michael J. Coles College of Business now offers an Executive Leadership Program for Managers and Directors designed for busy professionals who want to take their leadership skills, and their careers, to the next level. Executive Leadership for Women Program: April 11-12, 2019
The Executive Leadership for Women (ELW) program is designed to help women develop the knowledge and skills needed to reach the next level of leadership. The program is Thursday and Friday, April 11-12, 2019. The topics include: The Unwritten Rules of Business; The Art of Tactful Self-Promotion; Language, Communication and Influence; Understanding Personal Motivation and Personality using DiSC; and Leadership Presence.
Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CMAP) Program: March 25-29, 2019
A popular five-day certification programs offered on March 25-29, 2019 in partnership with the M&A Source. Michael Salvador, PhD, and Larry Stevens, CPA, who have long and distinguished careers with EY and PwC respectively, lead the program. Topics include M&A strategy, process planning, due diligence, financial analysis, transaction valuation, deal structuring and negotiations.
