Steven E. Harbour, JD, has been a member of the support faculty at Kennesaw State University since 2007, teaching BLAW 2200 and BLAW 4100 to undergraduates in the Michael J. Coles College of Business.
During an extensive legal and business career, Mr. Harbour has served in a variety of senior legal and management positions, including Vice President, General Counsel of OHM Corporation, an NYSE listed, international environmental and engineering firm, Director of Business Planning, Coca-Cola USA, The Coca-Cola Company, and Vice President, Business Development, The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York.
He was an associate at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and served as law clerk to the Honorable Lewis R. Morgan, United States Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Currently, Mr. Harbour is Of Counsel to the law firm of Anderson Dailey LLP in Atlanta.
Mr. Harbour received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a member of the Columbia Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
