Dr. Forrester works as a Professor in the Department of Marketing & Professional Sales at Kennesaw State University. His teaching responsibilities include courses in Strategic Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Analysis.
Dr. Forrester’s research focuses on issues in contemporary marketing education with an emphasis on the role of student teams in the learning process. He speaks on these and other issues at national and international conferences. He has published numerous articles in leading academic journals including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science¸ the Journal of Applied Business Research, the Journal of Economic Psychology¸ Business Insights¸ the Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences¸ and the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction¸ Dissatisfaction and Complaining Behavior. |
