Bruce Bryant is currently a licensed Georgia Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker with Auction Management Corporation in Atlanta.

Before joining AMC in January of 2009, Mr. Bryant had been in the SBA lending business for 12 years with PNC Bank, Zions Bank, and Quantum Bank. At Zions and PNC banks he was a business development officer in the Southeast. At Quantum he created the SBA Department for the startup bank and handled origination, underwriting, closing and secondary market sales. He was a founding member of the Georgia Lenders Quality Circle (SBA Lenders of GA) and served as its President in 2006.

From 1978 to 1997 Mr. Bryant owned and operated a small, full service real estate development, building, and management company that sold over $25mm of multifamily and office properties in North Atlanta.

Mr. Bryant has been a member of the Support Faculty at Kennesaw State University since 1992.  He teaches both graduate and undergraduate level courses in real estate principles, finance, and investment and was awarded the Coles College of Business - Support Faculty of the Year in 2007.

Mr. Bryant earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He has coached “way too many” youth sports teams and is actively involved in the Westminster Schools Alumni and Athletic Associations. He and his wife Jan have 3 children – Watson, William, and Carter.
