Dr. Billie Ann Brotman teaches courses in real estate finance¸ insurance and corporate finance. Her scholarship interest include health care finance¸ real estate finance and financial rating agencies. Dr. Brotman´s research has been published in journals including THE JOURNAL OF RISK AND INSURANCE¸ JOURNAL OF HEALTH CARE FINANCE and REAL ESTATE FINANCE.
