The Corporate Governance Center was founded in 1995 by Paul Lapides, Dana Hermanson, Gary Roberts, Heather Hermanson, and Bobby Vick. It was the first comprehensive entity for director education, corporate governance, and operational oversight, and the director education program was the first of its kind in the Southeast.
Our faculty are deeply committed to all aspects of Corporate Governance including thought leadership, research, education, and support for the business community.
