YOUR REPORT CARD ON INNOVATION

Have you ever wondered how companies like Apple, Google, P&G and others are able to continuously innovate while others disappear into the sunset? In this session we will look at what is innovation, how it manifests itself and through a study that was conducted by the Center of Business Innovation and Business Week magazine we will see what are the components of innovation responsible for peak results.

The Innovation Assessor is a self-administered assessment tool that identifies an organization’s or department’s innovation potential.

Dimensions like hiring practices, rewards, culture, management support, risk, communications and others are discussed and an understanding of innovation will help you improve your innovation potential.

Participants will be asked to complete a form and the information will be used to explore how greater foresight can be used to keep your company competitive in a global economy.

 

CREATIVITY ON DEMAND ENVIRONMENT (C.O.D.E)

This highly engaging workshop will jump start your creative potential and will provide great insights for a more creative career and life.

ONE FOOT OUT OF THE BOX

It takes guts to be creative and innovative in business. Fear of failure, high risks and old habits are some of the dragons that hold us back.

This session is about learning what blocks our creative muscles! It is about teaching people how to overcome those moments that ideas are just dead and nothing new seems to come up from the well.

With many hands- on exercises we will show you tools and techniques that will help you get over those blocks .

We will see how SCAMPER, Brain-Writing, Instant Experts can be some tools to help you in your journey.

You will explore visual metaphors that our mind processes more easily than real images or concepts. Then, we will tie all of this together to what we call On Demand Creativity.

WHAT IS YOUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE?

The real key to positioning is to look inside and outside your product or service.

You know what your product does, how it works, its benefits and who buys it. But, do you know what your customers’ think?

Do you know what they think of your design?

Do you know what they think of its functionality?

Do you know what they think about its color?

What emotions do they attach to it?
