Taking advantage of an enhanced voluntary separation package, Vic began pursuing full-time graduate business studies in 2003, earned his MBA to complement his BSEE in 2004, and earned his Six Sigma Black Belt for process improvement in 2005.  He is currently Principal of Enhanced Business Results, LLC and serving as an instructor in the Coles College of Business Department of Management & Entrepreneurship.
