As a member of the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales¸ she teaches international marketing¸ marketing research¸ and consumer behavior. International education is one of her primary interests. In the summer of 1998¸ she taught in KSU´s Study Abroad Program in Oaxaca¸ Mexico. She now serves as Director of Kennesaw´s Undergraduate International Business Study Tour¸ a highly successful study abroad program which¸ over the past five years¸ has taken more than four hundred KSU students to international destinations including Spain¸ Mexico¸ England¸ Scotland, Ireland and Italy. Prior to joining the faculty of Kennesaw State¸ Susan taught at Queens College in Charlotte¸ North Carolina and Illinois State University in Normal¸ Illinois. She also has industry experience as a marketing research professional¸ first with PMS Industries in Alpharetta¸ Georgia and later as Vice–President of Elrod Marketing Research in Atlanta.Susan lives in Dunwoody with her husband¸ Mike Dailey¸ and their two children¸ Kara and Colin. Her interests include travel¸ current events¸ reading¸ gardening¸ and cooking. She is also involved as a parent volunteer in the DeKalb County public schools. She earned a B.A. degree in Sociology in 1975 from Louisiana State University and in 1983¸ a Ph.D. degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia. In 1983¸ she received a certificate from New York University´s Careers in Business Program.
