Samia M. Siha¸ Ph.D.¸ CPIM¸ is associate professor of operations management at Kennesaw State University. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. She has taught at Iowa State University¸ University of Northern Iowa¸ and Plymouth College prior to her arrival to Kennesaw State University.

Dr. Siha primary teaching interest is Operations Management¸ Quality Management and Service Management. Her recent research focused primarily on service operation¸ process improvement and quality management. She has been a speaker at the national and regional conferences of DSI¸ POMS and INFORMS. She has published in Advances in Industrial Engineering¸ Computers and Industrial Engineering¸ Journal of Operational Research Society¸ International Journal of Production Research¸ Advances in Services Marketing and management: Research and Practice¸ International Journal of Service Industry Management¸ International Journal of Health Care Quality assurance¸ Managing Service Quality Journal and International Journal of Production and Operations Management.
