Gary Roseman received his Ph.D. in Economics at Emory University. He is currently on the faculty at the Department of Economics at Berry College. Prior to this, he taught economics in Ukraine and Russia. In 2006 he was a Fulbright research scholar in Ukraine. His research interests are in economic history.
