Randy Stuart is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales at the Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University. She teaches Principles of Marketing, Retail and Retail Management. Since 2003, Randy has been involved in the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales Undergraduate Study Abroad Programs. Stuart is a member of the Coles College of Business Advising Team and a faculty advisor of Kennesaw Marketing Association, the Collegiate Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
She joined the KSU faculty in August 1998 after a 25-year career in retail, wholesale sales and part-time teaching. Stuart worked in retail management for Walgreen Drug Stores and then in wholesales sales in the confectionary, women’s clothing, and gift and souvenir industries.
In addition to Kennesaw State University, Randy has taught at Hawaii Pacific University, Chaminade University of Honolulu, Barat and Elmhurst Colleges. She has taught a myriad of subjects including Principles of Marketing, Management and Retail, Advanced Retail Management, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Franchising.
Randy earned a BS in Home Economics with a major in Fashion Merchandising at Northern Illinois University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. While at UH she also earned a certificate from the university's Pacific Asian Management Institute.
