She teaches undergraduate quantitative methods courses, and has maintained heavy involvement in undergraduate curriculum review throughout her tenure at KSU.
She is published in the areas of decision–making (in Business and Psychological Reports), improving instruction in quantitative methods (in various Proceedings of the Southeast Decision Sciences Institute) and the theory of constraints (in Simulation and Gaming). She consults in the area of applied statistics.
