Mr. Horn was a Federal Administrative Clerk for the German Department of Defense before he served 10 years in the German Air Force. During his years of active duty service for his country he worked in the fields of Finance and Accounting, Legal Assistance, and Transportation. He is a seasoned Expatriate with International Management experience on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. As a well-rounded Business Plan writer he founded and managed his own Micro-business. As a Director of Technology for the Cobb Microenterprise Center, a small but rapidly-growing non-profit micro-business development organization, he gathered experience as a project manager, grant writer, business consultant and technology manager. Mr. Horn is a double alumnus from Kennesaw State University and currently part-time faculty in the Department of Management. He holds a B.B.A in Management with a focus of Entrepreneurship, as well as a Career Growth M.B.A.
