Dr. Joseph H. Astrachan is the Executive director of the Cox Family Enterprise Center¸ holds the Wachovia Eminent Scholar Chair of Family Business and is Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship. He serves as editor of Family Business Review and as an editorial board member of several other academic journals. Dr. Astrachan serves on the boards of six family companies and is an internationally recognized scholar in the field of family business.
