Dr. Lasher serves as a Professor of Management and Chair¸ Department of Management & Entrepreneurship¸ Kennesaw State University¸ Marietta¸ Georgia. He also served as the first Dean of the College of Business Administration¸ Kennesaw State University¸ and Director¸ Career Growth MBA/Macc/WebMBA. He also serves on the faculty of the Helsinki School of Economics Executive MBA Program¸ Finland¸ the Wyzsza Sckola Bankowa Executive MBA Program¸ Poznan¸ Poland¸ and the Executive Seminar Center¸ Denver¸ CO. His academic experiences also include Assistant Dean and Associate Professor of Management at the College of Business Administration¸ Bowling Green State University¸ Bowling Green¸ Ohio. He was an adjunct Professor of Management at Syracuse University and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Harry J. Lasher consults in the areas of planning and leading organizational change¸ individual and team performance¸ leadership development¸ strategic business thinking¸ and management succession and human resource development. He has edited books and published articles in these areas. He currently leads his own consulting firm¸ H.J. Lasher & Associates.

In the corporate world Dr. Lasher has held consecutive executive positions as Director¸ Management Planning & Career Development¸ and Director¸ Human Resource Planning & Development¸ Celanese Corporation; and Vice President¸ Management Services¸ Bankers Trust Company¸ Inc. He also was a Loan Officer¸ Merchants National Bank & Trust Company.

In government he served as an Officer in the United States Army and as a Research Associate for the Apollo Program¸ NASA.
