Ph.D.–State University of New York – Buffalo

Dr. Govind Hariharan is an Associate Professor at the Coles College of Business. He specializes in the Economics of Regulations¸ Health Economics and Revenue Management. He has published many seminal papers and has been cited extensively in scientific and government publications including the Regulatory Program of the United States and the Surgeon General’s report on Smoking and Health.

Dr. Govind Hariharan has taught business economics courses primarily for the executive MBA programs in Buffalo¸ Beijing and Singapore. He has received numerous awards for his teaching. Dr. Hariharan has also assisted many business start ups get off the ground. He has consulting experience in the banking¸ grocery and travel industries and has also served on numerous health–related taskforces.
