Biography:

Arjan Raven is an associate professor of Management Information Systems. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and additionally holds degrees in computer science from the University of Amsterdam and electrical engineering from the Utrecht School of Engineering. His current interests center around the management of knowledge, and knowledge management systems. Arjan has published in the Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce, the Data Base for Advances in Information Systems, the International Journal of Technology Management, and the Quarterly Review of Distance Education. Arjan has consulted nationally and internationally with large companies in the areas of business process redesign and knowledge management.
