Dr. Gillette joined the faculty at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in 2004¸ and currently teaches courses in corporate finance. Her primary research interests are in the areas of corporate control and governance¸ information transmission in financial markets¸ and institutional and experimental market design.

Her research has been published in refereed journals such as the Journal of Finance¸ Review of Financial Studies¸ Contemporary Accounting Research¸ and Games and Economic Behavior. Previously¸ Dr. Gillette served on the faculties at Indiana University and Georgia State University.

She also serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and as the Finance Section Head for the Economic Science Association.
