The Department of Leadership and Executive Development (LAED) is comprised of Coles College faculty members who are assigned to the College’s Executive Education Programs unit and teach exclusively in the programs offered by this unit. This includes the Coles award-winning Executive MBA Program, the only such program nationwide with a graduate faculty dedicated solely to its matriculating students. The LAED faculty is also involved with other Coles certificate-based programs offered to corporate constituents in areas such as international business management and executive coaching. The LAED faculty team consists of top academic researchers who are also seasoned executives with decades of professional business experience, including significant experience in consulting with mid-career executives. They meet regularly to continuously improve program and curriculum design, and are highly accessible to students and student teams between class sessions.
