Our programs promote effective corporate governance for public, private and nonprofit enterprises, with particular emphasis on audit committees and entrepreneurial companies. Composed of over 20 professors from several universities, the Corporate Governance Center is international in scope and interdisciplinary in its approach. The Center has an Advisory Board of pioneers and leaders in the field of corporate governance.
